Our Team
Where the passion begins
Passionate, dedicated, and loving, Secret Garden Nursery teachers love their work and it shows in everything they do. Our goal is to make a positive difference on young children who come to Secret Garden Nursery. Our team strives to provide an enabling environment for children so that it encourages natural curiosity, ignites imagination, and instills learning experience.
Our Early Years Educators as well as supporting staff are well trained, approachable, and highly responsive to child’s needs. All of our team members receive training in child protection, first aid, behaviour management and risk assessment.
Every single day children will have made progress, and through use of technology, we keep parents informed and up to date on child’s daily anecdotal evidence and their developmental progress.

Ashley truly makes a difference in the world of sports!

Physical activity is vital in children's all-round development, enabling them to pursue happy, healthy and active lives. Gross and fine motor experiences develop incrementally throughout early childhood, starting with sensory explorations and the development of a child's strength, co-ordination and positional awareness.

Creating games and providing opportunities for play both indoors and outdoors, adults can support children to develop their core strength, stability, balance, spatial awareness, co-ordination and agility.
Gross motor skills provide the foundation for developing healthy bodies and social and emotional well-being. Fine motor control and precision helps with hand-eye-co-ordination, which is later linked to early literacy.
