At Secret Garden Nursery, we go beyond statutory requirements by maintaining higher than required staff to child ratios. Our teacher led provision is delivered by knowledgeable and experienced team, supported by carefully chosen resources and consumables that help create a vibrant, inspiring environment for every child.

Fees above do not include meals and snacks. Children bring their own meals. Home packed snacks and lunches will not be shared with other children.
For families using the free entitlement hours, we ask for £50 retainer to secure your child's place. This will be refunded within the first month after your child starts with us.
Secret Garden Nursery is pleased to offer a range of Early Education Funding options to support families. We provide the 30 hours funded entitlements for working families with children aged 9 months to 4 years, as well as 15 hours of funded childcare for eligible disadvantaged two-year olds. All three-and four-year-olds can also access the universal 15-hour free entitlement from the term following their third birthday.

Fees are payable a term in advance. The terms are as follows:

Fees are payable a term in advance. Payment is due at the start of the term. Arrears will result in the child’s place being terminated. A terms’ notice in writing or payment in lieu must be given if you should decide to cancel your child’s place, or alter your child’s sessions.
The minimum number of sessions your child can be booked for is 3 sessions per week. Please note that the Minimum Booking rule is not applicable to grant funded sessions.
A late pick up charge of £10 for every 15 minutes applies but we would encourage all parents/guardians to pick up their child on time. We recommend arriving at nursery at least 5 minutes before closing to ensure a smooth handover.
All voucher schemes are accepted. If you would like any information on voucher schemes, please email us on info@secretgardennw3.co.uk. If we are not registered with your voucher company, please let us know and we will register with them.
Please note that you will need to provide nappies, wipes, and creams. Please, label all items with your child’s name. Staff will let you know when your supplies are running low.
